We work in close collaboration with all of our vendors to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the jewelry purchased on-line through Gifts of Charm.
The Gifts of Charm return policy is consistent with leading on-line commercial stores and reflects current best practices governing international, on-line commercial transactions.
All international orders are final sale and non-returnable.
However, we do exchange (or in some cases, send new replacement jewelry) for problematic items such as unnatural color change, broken metal / missing gems upon arrival, and any vendor & artisan production defects.
Eligible exchange item(s) must be notified within 10 days of the item delivery date or as otherwise stated.
All return shipment fees for exchange items are paid for by the customer directly, however, may waived for replacement jewelry delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging from the vendor.
